      Agnew's Farm Equipment is the nearest RIDGID Authorized Independent Service Center to my location. I dropped off my RIDGID Table Saw for assessment and repair/replacement under the RIDGID Lifetime Service Agreement on January 20th, 2024. I have tried calling on 14 different days since then (today is 4/24/24), and I have very little success connecting with a human. I received a claim number from them and was told my new equipment was shipped and would arrive in two weeks. I have received no shipment 4 weeks later and no notification of anything being shipped to my house. I contacted RIDGID for assistance on my claim, and was informed that the claim number I was given is under someone else's name and for different equipment. After working through Agnew's phone system (rings 5 times, message to press 1 or the call disconnects) for over 30 minutes, a man answered and told me he was going to sue me and then hung up. I called back, explained the Agnews is in possession of my equipment, he said he would look into it and the line was disconnected. I have received no contact from Ridgid about my claim via phone or email, despite promises that they'll write down my name/number/email and contact me back. RIDGID has stated they will try to contact RIDGID but so far has not had success either. Without the ability to contact them, I have left reviews on Facebook and Google Maps. If/when this is satisfied I will update those reviews. My potential problems with RIDGID aside, I have no information, timeline, or contact about my equipment. I have been promised information and equipment and have not been given either. I do not want apology or remuneration or damages. I simply want an update on the status of my claim, evidence that they have contacted RIDGID about my claim or a timeline for doing so.

      I recently bought a brand new lawnmower from Agnew Farm Equipment. Upon one of the very first uses the front wheel fell off. After that was repaired the front self propelling system stopped working. I took the mower back again and repairs were made. I brought the mower back home and started to cut my grass. Within 30 minutes the same problem occurred again. This happened three more times with the same response from **** Agnews Farm Equipment, the owner. All I requested was a refund after 3 repairs failed. He told me he couldnt do anything about it that I needed to call the manufacturer. I called them and asked for a refund and they told me they did not sell me the mower so they couldnt give me a refund. I still am currently without a lawnmower. I asked for a rental and **** Agnew told me none were available. *** exhausted all other options and decided to contact you. I hope anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
