  5/9/2023 We had our house power sprayed like we have had done for years. The only difference is this was the first time that Jessica used a back pack sprayer. She’s always used the sprayer connected to her service truck. It was almost immediately that my husband and I noticed white spots and streaks all over our siding. Our siding is a midnight blue so you couldn’t miss the white spots and streaks. This siding was put on last year 2022. When Jessica power sprayed last year there were no issues (she used the sprayer attached to her service truck) My husband called Action Pest Control regarding the issue. Jessica came out the next day to access the problem. She called the owner Tom and he instructed her to get some **** dish soap and use a sponge on a section to see if the spots will come off. The spots did not come off. My husband spoke with Tom and he assured us this problem would be taken care of. He said “I have a $2 million dollar insurance policy so it will be made right.” We felt a little relieved because if they couldn’t get the spots removed, they had an insurance policy to replace our siding. Tom told us that he and Jessica would come out and try to get the spots removed on 5/19/2023. Unfortunately, the spots did not come off. We also had the owner of the company that put our siding on come out on 6/7/2023. He looked at the siding and stated that it was definitely due to a chemical that caused the spots and streaks. Now, from this point, the owner told us he was done and he sent the info to the company that made the chemicals. They requested photos. We sent photos. The rep for the chemical co. came out and walked around our house. He confirmed he could see the spots. He told us he would get this over to their tech dept. To get it resolved. 10/10/2023 Nathan from the technical dept. called my husband and said he couldn’t see any spots so he was closing the case. I called Nathan because this was incorrect. He never called me back. We want our siding replaced!

  In response to ****** ******** complaint, We Action Now Pest Control did everything asked of us. The spots on the siding was not anything we did wrong. This was not because we used a different sprayer this was all a chemical issue which the chemical company took full responsibility for. They responded to the ********** complaint and we never heard another thing about it.

  I am responding to the letter I received regarding the response from Action Now Pest Control. 
  
  First of all, Action Now Pest Control didn’t do everything asked of them. We stated to both Jessica, the technician as well as the owner, Tom, that we wanted the spots removed from our siding. We was told by Tom to rest assured the spots would be removed and he also stated that he had an insurance policy so either way this problem would be corrected. Action Now Pest Control did not get the spots off. Tom, the owner, passed the buck off to his chemical company. The fault lies with the application of the product. We have been treated awful. Tom, the owner of Action Now Pest Control, told us that the adjuster for the chemical company they use was going to come out and get this corrected for us. Tom stated they would be calling us. We didn’t hear from the chemical company until 8/18/2024.  It was the chemical company’s, *** professional solutions marketing specialist, Eric H**, that contacted us. We never did hear from an adjuster. After the chemical company’s marketing specialist came out on 8/24/2023. Mr. H** stated he has photos and would be in touch after he got back to his office. Mr. Eric H** called me 10/6/2023 and stated that they was referring this problem back to Action Now Pest Control. He assured me that Action Now Pest Control would be contacting us to correct the issue. To date, we have not been contacted by Action Now Pest Control.
  
  The company that put our siding confirmed that the white spots are a direct result of improper chemical application. 
  
  We have been loyal customers of Action Now Pest Control for close to 12 years. My husband and I have been very patient through all of this. During all of this I’ve lost my mom and my husband lost his sister. We just want our siding fixed. Like I stated earlier, it’s awful the way we have been treated. Our siding was new with no spots until after Action Now Pest Control performed their service on 5/9/2023. 
  
  I’ve attached screenshots of the text messages between my husband and Jessica, the pest control technician. She states in one of the texts that backpack sprayer is known to cause spots that’s why they don’t use it. They have always used the pump unit on their truck until this service. 
  
  I’ve also attached photos of our siding before and after the service.
