Excellent company! We had them replace our roof in 2022. Then we called them back to replace our siding in 2024. Beyond impressed on all levels!! They are the only people I will call for outdoor work on my home. Treated us like people, not just a sale. Communication, crews, product, installation, and follow up were all absolutely perfect!!

Beyond offended by this organization! Brian the salesman did not instill confidence when I met with him. He's a rambler and I don't hire ramblers bc I only care about meat and potatoes when it comes to work. Brian called me a total of 4 times I believe atleast 3 for sure 100000% the last time I said please don't call me again and hung up. Approximately a week before the last call with Brian a very professional man called me from Apex. I dont know who but you could tell he's no stranger to business. Blah blah blah short story long I didn't have confidence in a roofing company so far away and again Brian didn't make me feel comfortable so they lost the quote to a more local company in Wadsworth. Today I get a call from some incredibly aggressive guy from Apex. I said sir this is the last time I say this nicely stop calling me. "You called us for a quote did you not" he repeated lol as if that has any relevance. Every time I spoke he spoke over me. I said wtf would you argue with me about this and hung up. This incredibly ridiculous human tells me he's reporting me to the ******** ******* and the Better Business Bureau so I get red flagged so businesses know not to pursue business lmao all I can say is this guy is a friggin communist to the highest degree and I will be spending much of my day reporting this company everywhere. **** has already been called. How dare you threaten a potential client bc a employee failed on his part!

After reading this review, all of us at Apex Metal Solutions we're very curious and confused. We decided to have a meeting with our sales team, quality control managers, office team and all officers. We have determined that we do not know who this person or company is that left the review. Upon further research, Apex Metal Solutions never sold or installed a roof for this home owner or business. It is our goal as a family owned business to uphold a standard of professionalism and integrity with all customer and potential customer interactions. We will always continue to improve in all of these areas.

I can't say enough about these guys. They were amazing. They came out for repairs to my parents home and were on time both days. They were extremely nice and performed the work that they stated they would do. They really went above and beyond to satisfy my parents with the repairs to the siding. Thank you so much for being an honest and trustworthy company . We appreciate the work your team did to our home. It looks wonderful. Thank you again. Do yourself a favor and use this company any chance you get. They are amazing. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
