I have researched the review received. The consumer purchased this a Loft location (clearance center) with another individual. A waiver was signed prior to the items being loaded, releasing Arhaus from liability for damages. It is on the consumer to load and transport items once purchased.
I reviewed the call from the consumer 8/9 and in which she confirmed the signed paperwork was completed by the individual who accompanied her to the store. We are sorry to hear of the incident but will not be moving forward..

We paid a lot for our Kipton sectional and were disappointed with the quality. It was nothing like the floor model we'd fallen in love with. We called to try to see if there was something they could do as it was causing issues with my husband's back. Through persistent phone calls, a manager finally admitted to us that there were supply chain issues in 2022 (the year we got our couch) and the cores (cushions) had been switched out by their supplier. It took us eight months to attempt to resolve the issue (I ended up contacting someone at corporate as the customer service was so abysmal). They attempted three times to replace the cushions and in the end, four of the five cushions are updated and closer (although not exact) to the quality of the floor model. Ultimately, corporate's customer service fell short ofwhatwewere expecting fromArhaus. We were made to feel like we were the problem and asking too much that this company deliver on the product theysold us (at a very high cost). Very disappointing experience. We apologize your Kipton sectional did not meet your expectations, as the Kipton is made to order you will have to break the cushions in to have the same feel as the Kipton in the your local showroom. The floor models have had patrons sitting on them where you were the first to sit on your sofa. Extremely Let Down - Arhaus Error - NOT Made Right!I gave Arhaus a last chance after three prior disappointing experiences: 1) incorrect products were delivered, 2) two defective dining tables sent, and 3) a broken chair sent/never re-ordered.I placed an order this past long July 4th weekend. The following day I decided to buy 2 additional end tables. I discovered my Arhaus credit card was over limit because my 1st purchase had been charged twice! I assumed it'd be an easy fix. WRONG!I called, and the experience has been torturous. I was passed around, given excuses, ignored, and wasted hours of my time for a simple issue. To top it off, I learned the 2 additional end tables I wanted were no longer on sale!I spoke with the Concierge Team. They said the WebSales Team could make a pricing adjustment, especially since this was an Arhaus error. WRONG!I called WebSales Team. After 20 minutes, a clerk informed me that her supervisor had reviewed the notes in the case I had filed. She refused to make any pricing adjustments! She said I had missed the sale and was just out of luck. Her careless decision was utterly disappointing, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of customer Arhaus made a mistake,is in the wrong and has refused acknowledge it, must less DO THE RIGHT THING!In summary, the company provided me bad customer service, has terrible internal and external communication, has inconsistent/unprofessional management, and has treated me poorly. I can't imagine another major retail operation not stepping up, fixing their mistake, and taking care of a customer when they caused the problem to start with.I'm done with Arhaus!Review from Jennifer P

I bought the Dune Sleeper Sofa and when it was delivered one of the seat pillows was very dirty. It looked like it had been in dirty water. Also the chaise pillow was disfigured, looking like it had a bump in the middle of the pillow and has a pull in the fabric. They sent a technician to clean/fix the couch, The pillow looks better, although they should replace it , The technician couldnt believe what the chaise pillow looked like and says he cant fix it. He said he would write a report on how bad the couch looks. This was Thursday 6/13/24. No one followed up with me so I called the corporate office. The lady told me that since I purchased the couch through my friend who works at Arhaus it is an employee gifting order and they wont fix/return or replace the couch. She said it comes as is.. It wasnt free; I still paid almost 3k for the couch. This is unacceptable that I have to keep a damaged couch; the customer service lady said I have to fix it myself. I cannot even believe a company like Arhaus that is supposed to be an upscale high quality store would expect customers to keep damaged items without any resolution. Above and beyond. I’m the type of person who does his research before buying any large purchases. So buying three bedroom dressers I went to my local furniture stores and saw a few dressers that I liked but the quality didn’t seem to be there. ***** couldn’t even tell me what kind of wood their dressers were made from???????. I went to ***** *** ****** and actually ordered three dressers. Right after ordering the dressers I friend suggested I try Arhaus. I go online and spoke with ********. She was in California and I’m in ny but instantly I knew I was in good hands. To make a long story short I canceled my *** order. ******** went above in beyond. She sent me pix of the furniture that I was interested in. Yesterday I received my dressers and the quality is also above and beyond the quality of all the other furniture I looked at and researched. Also I want to mention when they say white glove delivery they mean it. I highly recommend Arhaus ??. Thank you ********.Arhaus Furniture Response

Don't let the negative reviews sway you. I have purchased furniture from Arhaus twice now and have only had absolutely wonderful experiences. Their purchase process, terms and conditions are similar to other stores, and the price was very reasonable given the high quality and durability of my furniture. Delivery was a breeze, the technicians were very respectful and had booties, felt pads, and anything else one might need to make the process as painless as possible. If diligent with understanding how long it can take for artisanal product to sometimes be ready for delivery or naturally varied in appearance, then I can't foresee any reason for the final result to be anything less than exemplary.Arhaus Furniture Response

Arhaus sells low quality furniture that looks pretty and is overpriced. Their customer service is horrible, the quality of their upholstery fabrics is poor so if you want to go through the aggravation of buying overpriced junk buy from ArhausArhaus Furniture Response

can only add to what everyone else says horrible customer service!! delays delays delays, no one cares! they keep delaying your order with a straight face and the reason i am saying so is that if a company has this many complaints and reviews yet they do not change their ways then that clearly shows they do not care!!!Arhaus Furniture Response

I apologize for your delay. There was a 12 week eta when your item was purchased on line. When the item arrived at the warehouse, it was not first quality so we would not release to our guest. You were informed of the delays via email. Any estimated times of product availability we offer are provided to us by the vendors making the items we sell. These timeframes are subject to change based on the vendor workload, available materials, and/or quality control issues out of our control.Review from Johannah R

On September 1, 2023 I purchased a dining room table and sideboard for a total of $7000 paying a 50% deposit upfront. We were told the items would be received within 10 weeks reasonably. As of March 2, 2024 we have not received anything. In our last update we were told we wont receive the items until April another delay. Insult to injury, the sales associate asked us to pay the balance in full with no assurance that we will actually receive the furniture. We refused to pay until we have an actual delivery date. The sales associate said the issue was that we selected a popular item where they didnt anticipate demand. Having worked in supply chain, I believe that the company offered a product that they wanted consumers to finance the production of. Which is unfair. At this point were stalled not only in decorations - our holiday gatherings are non existent because our dining room is empty. Arhaus makes beautiful things but their customer service and supply chain are abhorrent.Arhaus Furniture Response

Your Finnley sideboard is in stock and ready for delivery, the dining table base came in and was not top quality, which has caused the delay as we prefer not to delivery a product not first quality. I am showing the base is set to arrive 4/01, once items are delivered please call in to Concierge and we will compensate for the delay.Review from claudia v

I have spent over $18K in Arhaus! The Concierge customer service is horrible! They claim to be high end furniture place but the Eddie Tuffted Bench is very low quality! The buttons keep coming off. A service tech came by to "repair" the button but instead proceeded to pull off two more buttons!. I called Concierge to voice my compliant and how this issue will be resolved. Concierge doesn't even acknowledge the technicians bad behavior of how he caused additional damage to my bench! I am very dissatisfied and hope i can speak to Corporate office to let them know how poorly Concierge Management is when speaking to customers!Arhaus Furniture Response

I did receive the consumer's review, I actually called and spoke with the guest 48 hours ago and believe we have come to a satisfactory agreement. We are replacing the bench, I believe she may not have updated the review since speaking with us.
