Today 11/3/2021 , I went to look to lease a vehicle at this dealership. I was quoted a price for leasing a Nissan Frontier for 3 years , 12000 miles a year lease agreement. For $404 per month. I am a current lessee, I have to return my Sentra by February of 2022. My current lease agreement is $225. a month and have never been late on my payments to Nissan Finance, this is my second lease. I checked my credit, my Fico Score is 660 at Experian and it shows all payments on all obligations as paid on time. I did have a Bankruptcy discharged a couple of years ago which I resigned on my Nissan lease and have paid all payments on time. I was told by the salesman *************** I would pay $404 a month for a lease of 12k miles per year or $385 a month for a 10k mile lease. I declined the offer and left. While driving home ******* called me and said he got the payment to $389 for 12k miles a year for 3 years . I agreed to that and went back to sign the papers. I got back and when I got to the Finance Mgr./ Sales Mgr for the day to sign the paperwork The finance Mgr **** ******** informed me the figures were not the above , to lease this truck would be $596 a month for a 3 year lease with 12k miles per year. I asked how they could charge me that when I have already been quoted the other amount. He said he had not ran my credit, I said well how can you quote a monthly payment when you had not ran my credit. The salesperson basically said all leases are pretty much the same even if your credit score is 500. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/11/30) */ The BBB advised the business that the original price given was based on the assumption that the consumer had tier one credit. When the credit was ran and determined to not be tier one, the payment was adjusted accordingly. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/12/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They should not quote unless they have run the credit and they certainly should not insult potential buyers. I bought a new Nissan Rogue in Finley. Without insults. These people are just rude and they certainly do not have the best dealership in Ohio as he stated. They should just close the doors because since this incident, I've heard others say they are horrible to do business with, including other dealerships. They had before my visit a bad reputation they got on their own.
