Owner came on site, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Claimed that we intentionally lied to him. He said that if this property is a flip, a consultation fee is $150 dollars. My husband said this is our home, we aren’t flipping it. He argued and said I’m charging you $150 dollars and left. I called him, and tried to clarify that there was a miscommunication and continued to say that we lied. I again explained we aren’t flipping this Home, this is our home but then he said since we don’t physically live there , he has to charge us. He was unreasonable , kept saying we intentionally lied, literally didn’t let me talk. He provided no services, he came, argued with my husband and left and said he’ll charge us. They were not clear about policies and what exactly means by “ do you live there or is this a flip?” We own no other house nor do we rent, this is our residence . There’s no policy online providing any information on there policies on fee consultations “
