I needed a oil change so I took it to Valvoline in ******* ***** **** *** ***** **** ****** on 9/24/21 10:27am. They changed my oil and immediately leaving there I had to go back because they didn't secure my bottom guard they took off to get to my oil filter to do my oil change. Then after the manager himself ******* went down and secured my bottom guard ,but apparently didn't check to make sure everything else was tightened correctly. I left and thought that was their only mistake they made but they didn't tightened my oil filter. After 3-4 weeks of driving it to work and back home I go to get in it and it's making a loud banging sounds saying no oil pressure. I immediately shut the car off and don't know why my car is doing this.I then try to make an appointment for my car to get towed and brought in but they had to close for two weeks because they got Covid. the shop in my town *********** **** ********** *****. Then the owner ended up dying from Covid so my car didn't get in their shop till 12/7/21. The mechanic himself told me all he had to do was tightened the oil filter and fill it with oil. My car isn't leaking oil anymore but it's still making noises. I've never had any problems with my car before this. My car is a 2010 Jaguar XF with 67,000 miles on it. The car had 65,189 when I got the oil change. I tried reaching out to them to resolve it between us but I haven't heard anything back from them. I would like a refund of my oil change from Valvoline on 9/24/21. I would then like them to pay for my service I had done from ********* ***** ***** on 12/7/21. Finally I would like them to pay for the damages done to my car still. My cars engine has not been the same since my oil change from Valvoline.
