      Starting in July of 2022, I contacted a sales rep for DayMark. Around the middle of August I was contacted by the rep to come out and demo their product. The product is a label printing system for food service. This third party rep demoed the product, then said he would contact me for further steps. After not hearing from the rep for a couple weeks, I reached out by email. A week later I received a response. I expressed my concerns and a Zoom meeting was scheduled for 9/6/22, which was then pushed to 9/20/22. After that Zoom call, I received no communication. I contacted DayMark via their website and within a day I was contacted by another rep. That rep seemed to get the ball rolling since I was contacted within another day to set up another Zoom call to walk through the program. After several attempts to locate the printer that works with the system, I was contacted my the original rep who told me the printer had been delivered. When I searched the mail room, I found the package. It had no person of contact on the address, so the mail room had no idea where to deliver it. Also, during the demo, the rep told me the printer was of no cost since we would be purchasing their labels. I would later find that the printer cost us $200. After my last Zoom call, at the beginning of November, I thought everything had been taken care of. The woman I spoke with claimed that they were working on our labels and that I would be hearing from them within days to show me how to use the software. After a week I emailed to see what was going on, no response. I emailed her again in December, no response. It's now January and I haven't heard from anyone. Now I have a printer with no labels and no software training. This is the worst customer service I've ever received.
