I contacted them to have repairs made on my Samsung Washing Machine. I informed over the phone that I knew the repair required the computer to be replaced. The initial tech did his diagnostic and confirmed that it need a new computer. He said that he did not have one on hand and that it had to be ordered. He also said that payment for the repair and parts was due then and that they would return at a later date to complete the service. At that time he also informed my that they did not accept credit cards (was not informed of this prior to appointment). I had to install Zelle in order to complete payment. They said that they would contact me once the part was in to schedule an appointment. A week went by before they contacted me. They set an appointment from 10:00 to 12:00 and did not show up. I called the service number and they said that they had me down for 15:00 to 17:00. I know this wasn't correct but agreed. 17:00 came and went with a no call no show from them. I tried calling the office but it was closed. I called the following morning trying to get service completed and they wanted to push me back another whole week! I complained and they agreed to come out in 2 days. That day came and I received a text written in broken English saying that my appointment was canceled and that I needed to reschedule again. Meanwhile I have already paid in full for all services. I've tried contacting the service number but I just get an automated response saying that they are unavailable and that they do not have a voice mail.
