My organization purchased 50 T-shirts from Axent Graphics on 9/23/2021 and an additional 20 T-Shirts on 10/11/2021 based on a referral we had received to support Breast Cancer awareness. This was the absolute worst first time experience ever. When we received the shirts they were two different shades of pink. In addition, eight of the shirts had some sticky residue on the inside of them which caused us not to be able to hand the shirts out to employees. To add, one of the shirts had a blue spot on it as well. When we emailed Ryan W**** to inform him of this, his response was that “we can either use masking tape to take it off or it will come out in the wash.” Both Cassie and Ryan are very rude and unprofessional. The quality of their work is poor and their customer service is non-existent. This is the first and last time that my organization will do business with this company. I would NOT recommend this place of business to anyone.
