I am writing to file a formal complaint against Scott’s Trucking and Logistics LLC. My experience with this company has been highly unsatisfactory, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention. I invested in Scott’s Trucking and Logistics LLC based on promises made by the company regarding returns on my investment. However, the company has consistently failed to deliver on its promises, and I have not received the returns that were initially guaranteed. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that the company has falsified documents through emails in an attempt to mislead investors and stakeholders. It has come to my attention that Scott’s Trucking and Logistics LLC has promised payouts to multiple investors that they could not fulfill, leading to financial losses and significant disappointment. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues with the company, I have not received the refunds that were owed to me. The lack of transparency and failure to honor commitments has caused a significant financial and emotional burden. I believe that the actions of Scott’s Trucking and Logistics LLC are in violation of ethical business practices and may constitute deceptive and misleading conduct. As a consumer, I am deeply concerned about the company's behavior and its impact on the community. I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate these allegations and take appropriate action to address the misconduct of Scott’s Trucking and Logistics LLC. I hope that by bringing this matter to your attention, we can prevent further harm to consumers and hold the company accountable for its actions. I am enclosing copies of relevant documents and correspondence to support my complaint. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take the necessary steps to address these concerns and protect the interests of consumers.

This individual made an investment in a non-profit organization that exclusively benefits the investors involved. Between February 5th, 2024, and February 9th, 2024, we made multiple attempts to communicate with this individual regarding the refund of their initial investment, in accordance with our refund policy.

As outlined in the Fleet Agreement, all truck investments undergo a compliance period to ensure federal compliance for operation within the logistics industry. This process can extend up to 5 weeks. During this period, we were transitioning to a new HR/payroll platform named ******** from our previous provider, **********. Mr. ********, like all other investors, had access to this platform.

Prior to the transition, we notified the entire organization and all investors of the anticipated 4-6 week duration to implement the software and automate payment/settlement processes. Upon receiving this information, the individual became upset and began to defame the business and its owners. It's important to note that our Fleet Agreement clearly stipulates that returns on investments are not immediate and are not akin to a "quick return" or "Ponzi scheme."

In the logistics industry, adherence to federal and state compliance regulations is paramount. If trucks are not approved for operation, we await compliance before commencing operations. This process is standard for every truck under our fleet. Unfortunately, this individual was not adequately informed about these procedures and subsequently tarnished the reputation of "Scott's Trucking & Logistics" and its owners.

On February 8th, 2024, Mr. ******** expressed a desire to proceed with his investment after being concerned after speaking with another individual, ******** ****** to defame our business and tarnish our business reputation, but subsequently requested a refund via text an hour later. We agreed to process the refund in accordance with our refund policy. However, Mr. ******** has since demanded an expedited refund, disregarding our processing timelines. We promptly initiated the refund process by requesting a refund from Enterprise, but Mr. ******** has disregarded our refund policy and insists on an immediate refund without allowing us the necessary time to process it.

We have made numerous attempts to resolve the situation by offering to terminate the original Fleet Agreement, thereby releasing both parties from contractual obligations. However, this individual has refused to engage in an amicable resolution. Please see the attached screenshots of a personal conversation of Mr. ******** demanding an expedited refund ignoring our processing times. His conversation with Ms ****** has led him to believe her false claims and he has made the decision to terminate business. We've completely respected and honored that decision and communicated promptly what is necessary to receive the refund, this refund policy is being ignored and now that we are accredited by the BBB, this is another attempt to defame and tarnish our company reputation without even resolving the issue properly beforehand. This is not okay. We've expressed the desire to provide amicable solutions and it is ignored as if we are the one's that have done wrong.

Good morning. Mr. ********* was refunded in full on 3/2/24.

I have invested a total of $5,330 to this business. In exchange to get trucks added to this fleet so that I can have a passive weekly income. My first investment of $1,500 for one truck was sent on 12/07/2023. I was supposed to start getting paid every Friday starting 01/12/2023. I have yet to receive any payments as stated in the contract. Come to find out, all of the screenshots from the payments that I was waiting to receive were edited. This business is running a Ponzi scheme. It’s complete fraud. I have proof of everything. Please do not send this business or Terrell Scott any of your money. He’s done this to multiple people. I am working on a case and submitting everything to my lawyer as well as the FBI. He has to be stopped. He’s stealing from innocent investors.

This investor participated in a non-profit organization which, by design, does not yield profits beyond the investors involved. Our attempts to address the investor's concerns regarding the initial investment refund, as outlined in our refund policy, have been met with refusal on multiple occasions.

The investor received their first payment on 1/19/24, consistent with the Fleet Agreement, which mandates a compliance period for all truck investments to ensure federal compliance for operation within the logistics sector. This compliance process, which can last up to 5 weeks, coincided with our transition to a new HR/payroll platform, ********, from our previous provider, **********.

Before this transition, we communicated to all stakeholders, including investors, about the anticipated 4-6 week implementation period for the new software to streamline payment and settlement processes. Despite this transparent communication, the investor expressed dissatisfaction and subsequently engaged in actions detrimental to the business's reputation and that of its owners.

It's important to note that our business model, clearly outlined in the Fleet Agreement, does not promise immediate returns or resemble a Ponzi scheme. Logistics operations adhere to strict federal and state compliance regulations, and any delays in operations stem from ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Regrettably, despite our efforts to address the situation, the investor persisted in tarnishing the reputation of "Scott's Trucking & Logistics" and its owners, prompting us to issue a Cease & Desist order on 2/4/24. However, the situation escalated, with anonymous reports emerging up until and on 2/8/24, including threats to undermine the business by any means necessary.

Efforts to resolve the conflict included offering to terminate the original Fleet Agreement to release both parties from contractual obligations, yet the investor declined to engage in amicable resolution. Consequently, we have enlisted legal counsel to address the matter, as the investor has violated the Cease & Desist order and disregarded attempts to resolve conflicts prior to 2/8/24.

This complaint serves as evidence of a deliberate attempt to sabotage the legitimacy and reputation of our business, which has enjoyed over 7 years of reputable and respected operations. Moving forward, our legal team will handle this matter, as we pursue legal action for defamation and harassment.

Our Fleet Agreement, which all Fleet investors agree to prior to any exchange of funds, has been uploaded for reference. All communication with investors is conducted via phone and/or email, as applicable, before any funds are exchanged.

We have also uploaded correspondence documenting our efforts to amicably resolve this matter with the individual. We have repeatedly requested her to sign the termination agreement, as stipulated in our Fleet Agreement, in order to facilitate the refund process. Despite our attempts, she has consistently declined to sign and has instead made unfounded allegations of fraud and labeled our business as a ponzi scheme. Furthermore, she has resorted to creating anonymous personas to leave disparaging reviews with the intent to damage our business reputation, disregarding our appeals for resolution.

This is my first time hearing the statement “non-profit organization”. Never once was I told that I was investing into a non profit organization. I was told that I’m investing into trucks under Scott’s Trucking & Logistics fleet. Each truck being $1,500.

I received no payment on 01/19/2024. Please provide proof of that payment. I received my expense report from that week. The expense report showed me what my truck made that week. Which is $1,343.35. I never received it. Til this day!

He then made up a lie and said he’s no longer with ********** but now he’s with bamboo and they should be issuing paper checks.

Before this transaction, I have not communicated with ANY investors. The only person I was in communication with is Terrell Scott.

I have uploaded the screenshots of him telling me he wired the money. I’ve waited days just for him to say it wasn’t processed because they couldn’t verify my information. If you look closely, you can see that the fidelity wire screenshots that he sent me were edited. They both have the same dates. One says Monday Jan 29, the other says Thursday Jan 29. From there on out, I knew this was a scam. Which is why I reached out to other investors in the group to see if they were having the same issue. Come to find out, they were. No one has received there money.

The screenshots he uploaded does not prove anything. He only cares about his business reputation. And not about his investors.
All of his response is a bunch of bs that was typed up by a bot on chatgpt.

This individual has shared screenshots pertaining to a private matter unrelated to our business operations. ******** received payment via **** *** for her initial settlement, however, we encountered significant delays with **********, when we were informed that we would not be able to continue using their services, which I can provide documented evidence of. This prompted us to move to ******** to provide our settlements for the fleet from our Final Mile Contractors. Despite her assertions, there is no affiliation between the Final Mile Academy fleet and the Scott's Trucking & Logistics fleet. These entities operate independently, and there has been no agreement for the Final Mile Academy fleet to operate under Scott's private fleet as per our fleet agreement. Scott's Trucking & Logistics fleet is a privately owned entity without external investors. The only connection between the Final Mile Academy fleet and Scott's Trucking & Logistics fleet is the federal authority license.

********'s allegations are baseless, stemming from a misunderstanding of her investment. Her grievances are not directed towards Scott's Trucking & Logistics, as she lacked comprehension of the nature of her investment and is now attempting to disrupt it due to personal reasons.

We made efforts to settle ********'s $1,500 investment after the termination agreement was finalized, which she consistently declined. Any additional funds she claims are owed to her are unrelated to our business operations and were provided as personal advances for personal matters. There is no outstanding debt of $5,000 to ********. Her breach of the Cease & Desist order and the subsequent lawsuit have nullified our business agreement entirely, and thus she is no longer entitled to revenue generated from the trucks. Her submission of a complaint to the Better Business Bureau appears to be a deliberate attempt to tarnish our reputation, particularly following our recent accreditation, reflecting her dissatisfaction with the current situation.

Enclosed please find the settlement documentation dated 1/12/24, which was sent and received on 1/19/24 by Ms. ****** via *******. Additionally, on 1/18/24, we engaged in correspondence with **********' security team regarding the ongoing hold on our Direct Deposit service for the preceding weeks. Their response, received on 1/19/24, indicated their decision to terminate our access to their services. Subsequently, we promptly notified all investors in the Final Mile Academy fleet of this development and transitioned to utilizing ********'s platform.

In our initial communication, we outlined a timeline of 4-6 weeks for settlement processing under the new platform. ******** has confirmed that paper checks will be issued by them as part of our service agreement, having been granted limited Power Of Attorney concerning our financial and human resources matters. It is essential to clarify that Ms. ******'s expectation of immediate returns is not aligned with the established process, which was communicated to her on the same day she received her initial settlement for her investment in a single truck, consistent with all other investors.

We have maintained transparency with all investors regarding our interactions with ********** and the transition to ********. Despite this, Ms. ****** has chosen to interpret business matters as personal grievances, resulting in unfounded claims against the company.

Altogether, I have sent out a total of $5,330. I have sent one payment of $1,500 and two payments of $550 to him on *******. He also had me ***** $1,500 & $1,280 to ****. He told me **** would wire me $20,000 which is what prompted me to sending these ***** payments. After recently speaking to ****, he informed me that those payments that I sent to him via ***** were supposed to be his weekly truck settlements and that he doesn’t know anything about sending a wire. I was able to find **** in the ******** group final mile academy which is how I was able to message him. I invested in Scott’s Trucking & Logistics fleet. I sent my contract in prior responses. I clearly signed a Scott’s Trucking & Logistics contract. Scott is talking in circles. He’s a con artist, this is his profession. I have no reason to lie. I just want my money and I want to make sure he does not steal from another soul.

Terrell sent me $1,043 on *******. That was supposed to be my weekly settlement. But why is my weekly settlement from my truck coming from a ******* when I entered my direct deposit info on **********. Secondly, that money he sent is basically giving me back what I sent him first.

In my prior responses, I uploaded 3 expense reports that I was supposed to get paid from. 01/12, 01/19, 01,26. Please provide proof that I received my weekly settlements. I asked for my weekly expense report for 2/2 and was told it’ll come from “bamboo” because they’re handling everything and they now have the power of attorney.
