We hired **** to fix our roof, upon arrival, after trying to cancel, he hastily covered the back 1/4 of my mobile home with liquid tar. Which resulted in the tar running down the sides of the trailer. He continued to apply an liquid aluminum which he applied incorrectly which will lead to further structure damage. Upon “completion” he said he would return the next day to clean up his mess, he again tried to cancel. The job is not done, and not done correctly.

This is **** asprey replying back with ****'s construction and roofing about the complaint and/or incident that happened at colonial oaks. I bought all of the material I coated the whole entire roof properly properly and a couple of drips got on her siding went in purchayeah started went and purchased all of the siding and the painto make everything right and correct my mistake and then I called ********* She Told me not to come back after I had purchased all of the material I never received any kind of payment at all and I left it at that because she said not to contact her anymore or she was going to take legal action actions and the job was $1500 I Paid $700 out of my pocket for material for her Thank you very much For your time I hope this is Enough for what you need have a great day please get back to me. Thanks I appreciate your time.

**** called the day after her did the job, said he wouldn’t be able to make it back that day, he would have to reschedule. **** also said that the clean up would cost us an extra $300. I’m still trying to clean the mess up that he left. My roof still leaks, even worse now because he didn’t apply the coating correctly and water pools on the roof. It’s cost me almost $1900 in time and supplies to clean up and fix his mistakes. There weren’t just a few drops on the siding, it looked like someone dumped tar all over my trailer and rear window! I even got in trouble with my park because of the mess he made.
