We moved into our new home in October 21' after an awful experience working with TK constructors. Upon moving in we discovered several things that needed repaired. We brought these issues up to our contractor, ***. *** assured us that these issues would be resolved in a timely manner but did not give us an exact timeline. My husband and I have had several text messages, phone conversations and emails with various people who work at TK begging to have these issues addressed. It is now June 1, 2022 and the vast majority of these issues have still not been addressed. These issues include: a window screen on the back of the house that was bent up when we moved in, a huge gap in the master bedroom between the bathroom vanity and the wall, and an uneven subfloor issue in the hallway upstairs. I called and text **** (***'s boss) on several occassions and these issues continued to not been addressed. After this my husband sent an email to TK constructors service department, again begging someone to help us. ****** Hunter from TK constructors came out to evaluate these issues on April 4 after a lot of work on our part to get them to return communicartion. He also stated they would be addressed soon (always a vague answer as to when). After no commincation, over a month later I called several individuals from TK On May 10, furious with the lack of care and communication. Finally ***** ***** from TK set up an appointment stating the "Service team will address the issues with the vanity, front door and subfloor. I have an opening for Wednesday June 1st." Someone from TK did come out today (June 1) and again did not address the subfloor, window issue or vanity issue. Basically all they fixed was a small door issue and a small drywall issue. Considering the vast amount of time that has elapsed and the number of individuals who were supposed to address this, as well as the lack of communication, we are very upset and would like these issues addressed as soon as possible.Business response

Following is the email that ***** *****, TK Constructors Service & Warranty Manager, sent **** ***** on June 2nd:
Good Morning ****,
I tried calling the number I have for you yesterday, but no one answered. The correct way to fix the wall in the bathroom is to remove siding and cut the studs that are probably warped. The service team didn't know about this issue and they didn't take any wood or siding to replace any of your siding if any pieces broke, so that is why it wasn't completed yesterday. We would rather fix it the correct way. The service that was sent was from Indiana and we were helping the Ohio region. I apologize for the delay, but we will get to you this month. I already spoke to ****** and we are getting a game plan. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
