I signed up for a month of stretches (12 sessions) on 10/24/23. I scheduled 7 sessions between 10/25/23 and 11/6/23. I stopped with my sessions, willing to forfeit the remaining 5 sessions as it was no benefit to me. I received an email receipt on 2/24/24 for a monthly charge, this prompted me to review my credit card billing statements. I found 4 other unauthorized charges ($479.00 each) to my credit card, once a month since my first charge. I called their office on 2/24/24 to question the charges. I spoke with ***** she said she would have **** call me early the following week. After never receiving a call, I called back to the office on 3/7/24 and spoke with the receptionist. She said she would have **** call me back. I have not received a call to this day. Today, 3/24/24 I received another receipt of yet another charge to my account ($511.33) A total of $2427.33 unauthorized charges to my credit card. I would like a refund for all unauthorized charges.
