The Sharpen Skills Training company called me on May 17, 2023 and I told them we were not going to pursue any more sessions (our last session was on May 1, 2023). The woman on the phone said she understood and apologized for our experience. The company continued to bill me in May, June and July 2023. I called them on July 7, 2023 and asked why they kept billing us when we were done in May, and our last session was in May. I told them I cancelled on the phone with them on May 17, 2023. They said they do not have a record of the "phone call." Lucky for me, I have phone records (attached) showing that they called ME because they knew the sessions were not working out. I canceled on the call, on May 17, 2023, with them. Why would they continue to bill me knowing we were not using their services and that we canceled? What kind of business would do this? They said they kept contacting me. Why would they contact me AFTER I canceled on May 17, 2023, also they used the WRONG email address. I do not have access to the email address they said they were contacting me on. I have text messages where they acknowledge using the wrong email address (see attached). Why would they not refund us when we did not use any of their services for after May 1, June or July 2023? They refunded us July (finally), but not May or June 2023. They knew we were done since May 17, 2023, why would they keep billing us? Hoping we would not notice? What kind of business would do something so unethical? Please review the emails I have between me and the company (see attached). The company said they have 1) no record of the call with me since May 17, 2023. Are they not aware that people have phone records? (attached) 2) they said I did not respond to email, but they used the WRONG email address (attached), but more importantly, I canceled on May 17, 2023. Would are they nagging me after that day anyway? Please help me, BBB.
