    I took my van in for an oils change 5/9/22. Van was running PERFECT, no issues. I picked my van up and it was smoking, battery light came on and lost power steering. I called to see what happened and they said it wasn’t their issue. They finally agreed to come look at it and there was oil all over my driveway. They “fixed” the issue and brought it back. I went to drive it the next day and again the battery light came on again. I called again and this time the mechanic told me they have had two other vehicles where the oil seal is bad on the new part and that’s what happened to mine. So oil got thrown all over my engine, alternator, serpentine belt. He said they used 3 cans of degreaser but everything is fine. I then talked to the owner who reluctantly told me to bring it back but maintained it was not their fault. They got the part, they knew there were issues with the seals lately, they should have inspected the part better and made sure there wasn’t a leak. They had it from Tuesday to Friday and again said it was “fixed”. I drove the van Sunday and the check battery light came on again. I spoke with other mechanics saying it is likely the serpentine belt slipping due to oil and degreaser. I went back today 5/16 and the owner, mechanic were both yelling at myself, husband and our daughter was right there. Mocking me, the mechanic also got in my face and I had to tell him to please back up. The secretary even had to come out and push the owner back inside because he was causing a scene. I trusted them with my hard earned and worked for property. I understand things happen. All I am asking for is for them to make it right. My children ride in this vehicle, what’s going to happen when the belt breaks and I’m stranded somewhere? I am just asking that after three times with the same issue they just change the belt and I’ll drop it. Please contact me for further information.

    This place is a joke I walked in was treated like trash by everyone in there ask them to look at my van for the windshield wipers had me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes and never even lifted the hood told me I needed a motor and tranny for my windshield wiper blades and it turned out just to be a bent bar like I thought it was they quoted me $1,200 told me I needed a whole new motor and tranny never even bothered to look under the hood told me they would get back with me when they got the motor and tranny and I never heard a word from them this is the office place I have ever been to in My Life nice preacher Man come and had it fixed in half hour thank you to The preacher Man who actually opened my hood and had it fixed in a half hour two and a half months later because we can't find a motor and tranny for it that it didn't even need do not recommend this place because they are ripoffs and rude and I even gave them the option to not fix it just let me know what was wrong with it and they're liars
