              Simply disappointed. I have never, ever missed a payment or, for that matter, been late. I have every monthly bill auto-withdrawn from my account...I consider myself a great customer who has been loyal to **** for years now. Currently I have two auto accounts (me and my daughter) with OM. Last month, my car was stolen from my driveway. It was found totaled in the next city over. Though the beginning of the process started out normally with the agents getting back to me regularly, that slowed quickly. It has now been over a month and I still have no idea how much I will be getting for my total loss vehicle, no idea when I will receive it, no idea about anything. I had to purchase a new car to get to and from work, so I now have 2 car payments because I have to keep paying my totaled car loan until OM sends me my compensation check. Bottom line is we pay a pretty ***** for insurance for a reason. I'm holding up my end of the bargain.....why should I be the one to suffer having 2 auto payments and dealing with the stress and annoyance of begging them for answers every single day? I am not a happy customer and I will be bringing business elsewhere. This should not be how an insurance company "cares" for it's customers.

              ***BEWARE***This company's client hit my car. They fixed the body work and then denied the internal damage claim! My car is not drivable and I have been fighting this for months. Do not use them!! I would think that they would do the same to their own customers. There is not one good review on this site and I believe that is for good reason. Find a company with values, morals and a better reputation.
