            This experience was an absolute disaster. The owner and employees were clueless about how to repair a simple toilet leak. The experience was filled with lies, miscommunication, no call/no shows, and complete unforgivable quality of work over the course of 3 weeks before I finally gave up on them!!! Unbelievable. They make their money by taking home warranty claims at the lowest bids and doing terrible inexperienced work. I hired an actual plumber and he not only fixed the mess that this company created, but did the original work in about 30min same day. Stay far away from this company!!!

            Unfortunately the work was not completed for your project. I am sorry for your bad experience on this project. As far as the comment about the warranty company work we do, we just started doing that type of work, so you dont know anything about how my company makes money. The work from your warranty company that they authorized was done, and what you needed fixed they dont cover. Put All the facts in the review if your trying to be honest. But anyway Thank you for the review and Im glad your got your uncovered work conpleted.

            When you left, you stated that I needed to replace a flange, to which my home warranty denied. This was incorrect and is an example of how your company does not do the work correctly. The real plumber that I hired after giving up, he was completely dumbfounded by your work. He said he was amazed that you didn’t drain the toilet and left dirty water and feces on the floor, that you used and ruined my towel to try and clean and didn’t bring rags, that you didn’t properly prep the room by ensuring water didn’t get all over, that you didn’t properly clean the flange to see that it was fine or clean the bottom of the toilet, that you used the wrong size bolts, that you smeared the wax ring all over the floor and toilet, that you didn’t use nuts to keep the bolts straight while replacing the bowl, that you didn’t properly clean up after, and that you didn’t return in a timely manner to reconnect the toilet that you left disconnected. That is not “completed work” and shows your level of completion is inconsistent to an acceptable customer experience. Do better, no excuses.
