On the weekend of Memorial Day May 27-29 i stayed at this retreat. I took my husband, son and dog. We booked a 2 bed unit. When we got there they only gave us 1 and told us they can not accomodate us. When i contacted this business on ******** they said they can refund me partial of what i paid for. Till this day i have not gotten anything and they read my messages and dont answer back. I want half of my refund.Business response

We received the complaint regarding the refund. We issued the refund last week and the guest confirmed on Monday, July 31st that she received the full refund.
