On 1/8 company came out and replaced garage springs and drums. The next couple days, garage door opener seemed to struggle a bit. On 1/20, garage door opener did not open door all the way. Opener showed an excessive force code and 3 hinges broke on door. Called company on 1/22 to complain. 1/29 another tech came out and stated that springs were balanced but cables were bad. Told tech that it needed fixed at no cost to me. I arrived home from work, tech said that cables were ok but previous tech did not put correct size springs on door. Door will open with opener but will not close with opener due to broken hinges. Tech said I now need a new garage door. Called company to complain again. Company said will call me back in a few minutes. Been waiting 30 minutes and no call
