    Daughter had Sr pictures taken on 16th of October .We paid Stacey Studio ****** dollars for pictures along with 275 dollars sitting fee .We paid this in full in advance as requested by Stacey studio .In December 2021 we were informed by Stacey Studio that pictures were in and could be picked up When we arrived we were the. Informed that 4 pictures were missing and we were promised the missing pictures within a few days .As of this complaint filed on 1-29-22 we still do not have the pictures and Stacey Studio will not return our phone calls or texts .

    I used Stacey Studio four years ago for my sons senior pictures as I had pictures of my six year old in 2009 and loved them. My sons senior pictures were very good - it took quite a while to get the order but it all ended well. My daughter had her senior pictures starting last April and I purchased several pictures including a big portrait for our living room. She then had her senior picture session over two different days this past July and I ordered a big package in July shortly after they were taken as they have you schedule an appointment to order soon after the pictures are taken. I paid in full for the first part of the order in April of 2021 and the other part was also paid in full in July of 2021. I have also volunteered to work two and three hour shifts at the ********************* at her booth to promote her business. I have done this three different *******. My daughter wanted some pictures in a digital format so she could post them on Senior Sundays during her senior year along with her friends. We had to ask five or six times to get these and received five after several missed deadlines promised by ***** Stacey. I am sad to say that it has now been one year since our original order paid in full and nine months since the other order was paid in full and all we have received is five digital pictures. My order totals around $3,000 and I have nothing to hang on my walls or give to family as gifts. I had planned to give some pictures to family at Christmas but since that didnt happen I was hoping to give them this Spring for birthdays and Mothers Day. This is looking unlikely as she isnt responding to my texts or when she does she promises another date that comes and goes with no pictures. We are currently planning my daughters graduation party and it is six weeks away. We contacted ***** in January to order the invitations. I ordered them in February and paid a deposit - I am still waiting and party is six weeks away. I am looking on Shutterfly now:(
