service date 1-11-22 invoice 8963,recepionist told me oil change would be first, then mechanic would ask me about problem with thermostat. he did testing on thermostat with scan tool first charging me ***** for labor. if he would have told me first i would have refused it knowing i could have went to auto zone because it is free there.Business response

****! This is the only BBB complaint we have ever gotten since our inception! I hate to have any ill feelings from anyone. The client did not make any attempt to communicate his displeasure to us. If he had, the complaint would have been immediately resolved to his satisfaction. I will gladly issue ******************** a refund and go one step further: We will refund his money AND make the repair that is needed at no charge to him. Sincerely, *******************

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
