Dieter Heating has done a wonderful job over the past 18 years maintaining the 10 boilers at our condos. *** has always been quick to respond to any issues the buildings have had. His response time has been good and he has explained what the issues have been and what is needed.to get things running smoothly. His office staff is always professional and takes the time to understand what your issue is, evening offering suggestions as to what you might check to avoid a needless service call, like checking a filter or fuse. This company has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, integrity and willingness to do their best to treat everyone fairly.

Back in 2017 we had an entire new heat pump, inside and outside installed. *** and his employee ******* installed everything. We came home one day to light switches reversed in the house and one of our cats locked in a room that the door always remained closed to. So we had a bad feeling about what was going on while we had to be away at work. We have one camera in our basement which caught footage of ******* trying to pick the lock to a heavy metal door we have in the basement. Violated is a very appropriate word to describe how we felt after knowing our entire house was rummaged through. But not only violated, scared because we didnt know if hed come back to our house after the job was done. We found this footage the day after it had happened and called *** to inform him of this. While *** did go out of his way to finish the job on the weekend and alone, we made it very clear ******* was not to be on our property again. When doing a small remodel in the house after the fact, we found above the indoor unit, a lock pit set along with a number of our personal items he stashed there, that we can only assume he intended to steal. Which made us go looking above air ducts in the basement. We found multiple piles of copper piping from the brand new line set that was being stashed. Every year since the brand new unit was installed we have had nothing but problems. We continued to call *** because of the warranty on the unit. Comments like well you dont want my employee on your property and you dont like my employee were made- as if we didnt have a solid reasoning behind it. Bandaid after bandaid with ***. There is no way we should need serviced every spring and winter. I just simply dont believe it. Yet here we are again needing to be serviced this spring. We absolutely will not be calling ***. The reason we waited so long to make this publicly known was because we didnt want to dirty Bobs name or reputation over what we thought was just an employee problem,
