I had Autosport Plus install a **** receiver and back up camera, . I went back 3 times to tell them my phone through the **** receiver won't work first they said the door speakers were broken. I put in new ones and still did't work .Went back said the wireless car play wasn't set up right. went home tried to call my wife still didn't work . Went back a 3rd time and they said I cut the wire in the piller which they installed ** I never touch that wire they cut it when they snap the piller cover back on and now want me to pay $ 50 dollars for a new one. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEBusiness response

I hired Autosport plus to install an aftermarket radio in my vehicle. copied and pasted email from 02-15-2022 I am extremely unhappy with this radio. * It lags very bad. the processor is slow on everything you do. * none of the automatic settings work. for example it does automatically adjust from day light to night mode. * back up camera is very slow to connect when the truck is put into reverse. * blue tooth does not disconnect, many times when shutting off the vehicle and exiting it will switch to the phone. * if I manually disconnect the Bluetooth it immediately reconnects itself, I literally have to power down the vehicle and then still wait for it to disconnect. It is EXTREMELY frustrating when it affects other devices, like my phone. * not all factory items work. * product does not perform all of the functions that the stock product performed. My expectation of purchasing an aftermarket product & installation is that item should work and perform better than the stock item, otherwise why replace the stock equipment? The cost of the wiring harness was extremely excessive. it is even worse when not all of the stock functions work. I cannot justify that amount of money for an item that isn't fully effective. Based on this email and our previous conversations it sounds as though you can refund the cost of the radio? However, we still have the issues with an excessive wiring harness that does not perform well, the inconvenience of scheduling to have more work done, & the time and hassle of dealing with the issues. When I came to pick up the vehicle I anticipated the product working & being better than the stock product. I later spent more money on a new product (per Tyler's recommendation). That item it still does not function correctly & poor workmanship still exist. After not receiving a call back for several days, i emailed again on 3-23. I got a response on 3-28 but no resolve. The issues still exist. poor workmanship and a faulty product!Business response

Thank you for contacting Autosport Plus. We've told Mr* ******** many of times (going back to February of this year) to return his radio and we'll give him a refund. He has told us that he'd rather "just put a bullet it in and contact his credit card company". We ordered him the radio HE wanted based off of the reviews HE found online. If he would have went with the model we recommended from the beginning he would have had a much different result. Once again, we're offering a refund of the purchase (INCLUDING the installation parts used) on Mr. ********** vehicle. This is contingent on the equipment not having any damage such as bullet holes, used as anchor, etc. He can contact us at ************.Business response

We have offered, and are still offering Mr. ******** a refund for his purchase. It seems like the the only part we disagree on is when? In his response it states he would like a refund and then return the products at a future date. Regretfully I can't do this. For Autosport Plus to give a refund we must receive product back at the time of refund. I think this is customary in any similar situation. I know it's unfortunate that Mr. ******** is unhappy with his purchase, but giving a refund without having product in our possession is something we simply can't do.Customer response
