Hello,
We have reached out to ****** ******** and refunded the difference for the error. When he initially called, it was a pending charge that we assumed would fall off in a few days. When the few days came and went, we assumed the error was corrected. We had not heard back from Mr. ******** until the BBB had sent the letter. I reached out directly to Mr. ******** and reimbursed him the difference.
