            We scheduled a chimney sweep/inspection for today at 9:00 am 10/26/2021. Have called the business several times today and have received no response. We scheduled this on 9/30/2021 and still have not heard form them. We pre-payed on line as they wanted before we could schedule appointment with no contact from them what do we do now. Thank you for your time.

            I have been calling since April 10, 2023. It is now June 9, 2023. Our first appointment was scheduled for April 17, 2023. They came and stated our chimney was too tall and they would need a lift. They also stated that they had another job that needed a lift and would call back the next week. They never did. I waited 2 weeks to call again and told me not to worry they did not forget. I waited then 4 more weeks... Nothing. They did forget and apologized.. I finally got another appointment scheduled for June 1. They called and stated the technician was sick and rescheduled me for today at 11 am June 9. They did not come and I received no reminders or updates. Just a no show. I even had asked when I called if our chimney was too tall or they did not want to do it just to let me know. After receiving the run around for the past 2 months. My family has always used this company and now that we have a home we thought we could rely on them too.
