Maids to Satisfy in Canton, Ohio was absolutely terrible. I called to get deep cleaning because we had some construction work done and had dry wall dust and dirt everywhere . The were so confident that they would send a team @ $180 per hour and would supply all the equipment and supplies needed ( they brought alot of rags, Windex and some pink solution that dulled my wooden floor, and a sweeper). They sent two young girls ( one was pregnant and only worked there about 1-2 months and the other one only was there 1 month). I had no contract and they had no walk thru forms because they ran out, but my daughter and I did do a walk thru and we explain what all needed done . These girls had no idea how to clean and when we explain what they need to do they would go outside and call their boss. Then their boss would call me and made accusations that we were mean to them. We were even helping them because they were so terrible. We even offered to make them a lunch. We didn't even get a standard service not only a deep clean. They only had to do the entrance , living room , hallway , kitchen and dining room combined. Walls and wood work were not all done. They would lie and said they did some thing and I would run my finger across the dining room chairs they haven't touched them. They cleaned the half bath , didn't wipe the woodwork , walls or pictures. They set the trash can bathroom scales not wipe off or shake the rugs and left everything out in the hallway. When the one swept entrance way she didn't even pic up the throw rug and swept around it and didn't even shake the rug. I've never seen any one clean like this before. They didn't even bring any kind of wax to clean the kitchen cupboards or woodwork. Windows were done ok in the living room but were streaked in the dining room. I called the office and told them I wasn't going to pay $1,595 for service ,I offered to pay half until someone finished the job satisfactorally and he threatened to take me to court.

I think that Maid to satisfy in Canton Ohio unfairly charged me because the work performed was not completed and they charged me for 1/2 hour more than I have should have been charged. I've written a note of complaint to the company with no satisfaction
