            We initially met with Mike regarding our basement project and started with framing. The framing job was completed but with workers arriving late with little to no communication or staying much later than expected. Prior to work starting we’d have days where it was stated that materials would be dropped off but then no one would show up or communicate that they weren’t coming. After completion of the framing we decided to have them complete some stair work we needed done. A down payment of half the total job was given and after that there has been little to no communication at all with promises of being out on a specific day and then not showing up. So we decided to go with someone else to complete the job after 6 months of waiting with no work being started. We communicated this with Mike and he has not responded to calls, texts or emails about this. We’d really just like the money back that we paid since no work has even been started. It has now been over a month since our initial communication about our change of plans but still have not heard anything from Mike.
