            On 7/26/23 I received a charge for $42.65. It appears that I have been charged this every month since I went in to cancelled my membership with Ladies Super Fitness in April of 2022. I followed all of the necessary protocol to cancel my membership, going in person to sign paperwork, and was assured my last payment would be in May of 2022. This means that I have been charged a total of $554.45 that I did not authorize. This is stealing. It’s illegal. I need a refund immediately, and for my information to be removed from your system, or I will seek legal action since I’m seeing that this is a pattern with this company.

            I called and canceled my membership BEFORE it renewed almost a year ago. They keep taking the fee out of my account. I have sent ******** messages asking them to stop and I recently sent a handwritten letter asking them to completely cancel me like I requested. I look at my bank account today and another charge plus it caused my account to overdraw so now I have that fee as well. Stop taking my money. I am a single parent with one income!!
