I was very happy with the work done on my furnace. Ryan the technician who came out was so nice and very efficient. He made sure that he answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed ( even though I was his last customer for the day and I’m sure he was ready to go home and relax ) lol. I highly recommend Hey Neighbor. They were out quickly, got my furnace running again and were very reasonable. And if you are lucky enough to get Ryan that’s an extra plus!!!Review from Brad S

Had a great experience with Darnell and Hey Neighbor, LLC. Professional, timely, and very knowledgable on what was wrong and needed fixed. Also, explained the issue with the furnance and some great tips going forward. The person that called to schedule my appointment, Wendy, was also very friendly and helpful. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUN BUSINESS!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They were just out to fix my furnace after being sourced out by ********* and after their technician made the mistake of forgetting the piece that was supposed to be fixed i was supposed to get a call about coming out to replace it and a quote. Well I received a call about it and since I wasnt replacing the furnace or the chimney liner it would not be beneficial for them to come back out and fix the part WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WAS NOT CAUSE THEIR TECHNICIAN FORGOT because they have to have a minimum of $400 for them to come back out. Then after I explained it was their guys fault Bob says they apologize and will send someone out to fix it at no charge to me. Fast forward a couple days and Tom calls me saying they have a quote for me on chimney liner and flue pipe after I was already given a quote the other day by Bob. Tom says Bob should have never offered that to me at no cost and proceeds to give me a new quote on it. Just absolutely horrible communication and I will never seek them for work againHey Neighbor LLC Response

Hello Mr. *******- We apologize for the communication error in our office. After reviewing our notes, it looks as if we had been out to repair your unit on two separate dates. On September 23rd, 2022, we had visited your property for the first time and replaced the transformer. On this date we concluded that we needed to order the inducer motor and control board and return to fix those issues as well as the venting pipe. According to your home warranty company, the transformer, inducer motor, and control board were all covered items whereas the venting pipe was not. After returning on October 4th, 2022, and replacing the inducer motor and control board, our technician had gathered a list of what was needed to do the remainder of the repair. Unfortunately, it looks as if between the 23rd and the 4th the communication error happened within our office, and we apologize for the inconvenience that had caused. As for your claim of only returning for a minimum of $400.00 dollars, I am unsure of the origins of that statement because it is untrue. Hey Neighbor Heating & Cooling strives to not only stand behind its work but return to any job to complete it, even if it was at no cost to the customer, to ensure that we are always providing a high-quality service. Our company continues to try to offer multiple options for our customers to choose from, and whatever choice they may pick, we always offer to return to do without hesitation as we look to offer services that benefit our customers in whichever option they may choose. Once again, we apologize for your experience with us. I have used this company over the years and after 21 years my Trane System finally gave out and it was time to replace it after having it checked by the Hey Neighbor owner Ron on a Sunday and at no charge by the way. The same day Bod (Also an Owner) came by and we went over everything relating to the system needed and the cost of having my system replaced and even offered financing options if I cared to do that which wasn't necessary. It was decided to replace my 2.5 Ton system and go with a 3.0 Ton Trane System and upgrade the Thermostat. They were right on it and in two days the system was installed and when they say "There's Nothing Like a Train" they mean it. The system is amazing. I was given a trade in allowance for the old system and the new one was installed within three hours and as professional as you could even imagine. The two man team did a fantastic job and were spotless. The quality of their work was first class. They even rebalanced the duct system to make sure the air was being distributed properly and totally efficient and they left the areas spotless and made sure I understood how to operate the system and had all of my service manuals and paperwork all organized in a folder. The day after the installation Lori from the office contacted me and also Bob to make sure everything went as planned and informed me that my new system was registered with Trane and if there was anything else they could do to just let them know. The system even came with a Winter Cover for my compressor to protect it from the elements which was great. Overall the experience was as great as it gets and I'm completely satisfied not only with the new system but with Hey Neighbor and the great people that represent their company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing or needing this service!Review from Brandy S

Don't use this company.Call somone local.They prey on desperate people ,who need emergency service.The guy worked on the furnace about five minutes,and quoted thousand dollar repair price.He took my 69.00 dollars as he probably had done to many people.All the furnace needed was a thermostat and heat sensor.Review from George E

Professional, courteous efficient and pleasant. I would refer them a thousands times over. They get there quick and quickly do the job my service man Darnell was a joy to meet. They are blessed to have him as a part of the Hey Neighbor Team.
