    August 17,2023 ck.no. ****- cleared August 29,2023 I received a letter stating the Power 360 fan would arrive in 30 days. It has not and I purchased another product. I am requesting a Refund. after reading the reviews I feel that this company is dishonest.

    We see from the complaint you sent it to the BBB on October 13. You did not contact our company for a cancellation/refund until October 20 so at the time you made the complaint, we had no idea there was a problem. You were sent 2 delay letters, and your check was not cashed by us until October 16, not August 29 as you state. You emailed us on October 29 at 11:18am and we responded at 12:15pm the same day. At that point your order was canceled, and a refund was requested, and you were advised of that in the reply email.

    In your complaint you also talk about reading bad reviews on our company and do not feel we can be trusted.  We are asking that you share with us where you read these reviews so we may be able to address these issues.

    We have tried contacting you via telephone but there was no answer.  We left a voice message but at this time we have not heard back from you.

    I ordered the 360° air "CHILLER"in June 2023. It arrived July 14th. I took it out of the box, and saw it to be a round FAN. I bought it to "COOL" a basement bedroom. I tried it - the room was too large/the fan too small. If the air was already COOL, the fan would move it, but it had no power to CHILL it. I could have bought a fan from my local hardware store for much less than the $197.00 that I paid for this one. I could have purchased an actual portable air conditioner for less. I notified the company on July 17th that I wanted to return it, by e-mail. I called the company but the only options were to leave a message or e-mail. The company e-mailed me that I had the option of getting a shipping label from them, for which they would deduct $19.00 from my refund. I told them to send me the label. I waited three days for that e-mail. I called the company asking where the label was. I received a phone call/message that the e-mails were sent from a "third party" and could take up to three weeks to be sent. I sent an e-mail and a phone message to cancel the shipping label and I would mail it myself, & for them to insure they did not deduct the $19.00 from my account/refund. I then receive a phone call/message telling me to wait for the label that they do not refund shipping. I am willing to pay for the shipping, however, I am not willing to put up with the company's poor/unacceptable/time consuming games. They have had my money since the early part of June and it looks like they want to keep it until August. They were paid in a timely manner - their product is boxed up and ready to ship (July 17th), but they want me to wait another three weeks to ship it and who knows how long it will take for them to refund my money. In my opinion, they falsely advertised their product and what it could do. They are using my funds, and the funds of other clients to support their business, which is the American way, UNTIL those clients want their funds returned. Return my money

    I’m filing this complaint for my dad. He ordered this last part of April or early may. Did not receive it until July 1st of 2023. The box is damaged. He didn’t think he was getting it so he purchased something else . We have tryed emailing them on this matter but the email won’t send. He needs a refund as he is on a fixed income. Thank you

    You contacted us stating your dad ordered a fan in April and did not receive it until July 1st.  In the meantime, he purchased a different product.   

    An agent contacted you yesterday, July 6, 2023 advising you that the company has processed your refund of $197 and you should see it in a few days.  She also stated the fan not need be returned.

    The agent also asked you about the email not going through but you were not sure of all the circumstances except that it wasn’t sending.  This will be addressed on our end.

    I took advantage of my instant rebate and order my Power 360 on May 5/23/2023 with check number 6678 from **** and the check was cashed on 5/31/2023.     I received the fan 6/22/23 It doesn't get power at all no matter how many places I plug it in and I can tell by looking that it wont work like an AC, so that's false advertisement.     On the 08th of May 23, I purchased a Power 360 Super Fan from Federated Consumer Products for $197 and I was told that I had 30 days to return it for a refund if it didn't work. I live in ******* and it just circulates the hot air. I contact F C P on their *** ******** and the recording says to email them at ********************************************* which I tried several times but my server keeps sending a message back indicating it's spam. I left several messages on their 800 number which is option two from their recorded message with no response back from this company.

    We have called him multiple times and left multiple voicemails for him; I included the notes below. We've also sent him a return label. I have also emailed him. I'm not sure how else to get a hold of him if he won't answer his phone or emails. His first message to us was on the 15th and that's the same day we started trying to contact him.

    I have not received any voicemails from Federation Consumer Products from all the calls that I have made to them. Did they leave a voicemail at (**** ********? Because I sure haven't received any voicemails from Federation. If they sent a return label my question is, where did they send it to? I haven't received anything either my email or snail mail from Federation Consumer Products. I'm still waiting for a legitimate response from this company.

    This complaint is to inform the Better Business Bureau of the underhanded and despicable business practices of Federated Consumer Products located at **** ******* **** ** ** ** ****** ****. I am an 84-year-old woman who received a false advertisement for Power 360 Air Chiller Super Fan System in the mail. The advertisement offered the Power 360 Air Chiller Super Fan System at a rebated price and the claim for the Power 360 Air Chiller Super Fan System was that it worked like an air conditioning system that would cool your house. What I received was 3 large industrial fans that were super dangerous and unsafe to use around my small grandchildren as the fans has large gapping spaces that they could possibly stick their hand in and cause serious injury. Not only that but the fans had no Chiller System to them AT ALL! All the fans did was push the already existing hot air around the rooms I placed them in. I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and started the process of returning the fans and receiving a refund. I was sent 3 return labels and sent all three fans back. After 3 weeks with no response from the company I called their Customer Service and left a message. They confirmed that they had received all three fans and that I would receive a refund within 30 days. That was on 10/25/22 and it is now 12/10/22, so it is over the 30-day window that I was promised to receive my refund. I have called and left several messages for Customer Service, but no one has contacted me back regarding my refund. I'm afraid that I will have to take legal action in order to receive my refund. I purchased 3 fans on 8/17/22. I paid $732.00 total for all 3 fans. The order # is ************ I want everyone, especially the senior community, to beware of purchasing any products from Federated Consumer Products. Shame on you FCP for not making good on your product claims and for horrible Customer Service regarding my refund. ***** ***** ******* *********** *** ******** ********** ********

    My name is Thad, responding on behalf of my Mother ******* ******) who placed an order for this glorified fan, that does nothing more than move air, hot air, cool air, but it doesn’t match what it was advertised to do. When she received this fan she took it out of the box, plugged it in and only two speeds worked (high and low) ….after spending time trying to reach this company through multiple telephone numbers leaving messages and not hearing back.     My father (95 years old) ordered 2 of the Power 360 units believing the product would actually work as a cooling unit since it was advertised as such. This is not the case. The unit is simply a circular fan that blows the air around as any other fan would do with no extra cooling. We did not open both packages as we wanted to first see how they worked, and we are not satisfied at all. After reading the other complaints I am hoping we can get a return label for each unit sent and a refund including shipping costs for each unit quickly and not have to go through so much of an ordeal to be refunded.
