      Purchased a sprayer hose reel cart from them, took 2 months after fulling paying they never communicated, finally received after calling again and again. Got it was missing all the parts to out it together that held it together. After putting it together it killed 3 batteries as there is some type of short in the *********** you this has a warranty and they want ya to pay a $350.00 fee for a warranty or want take care of this as it had been this way from the beginning, we have spent over $600 in batteries for this to kill them each and every time. They refuse to handle this properly on a warranty side of things. As warranty is suppose to cover this as it is less than 3 months old.

      This purchase was made on March 8, 2022 and the product arrived 15 business days later on March 28, 2022. The customer contacted us on June 10, 2022 explaining there was an issue with the reel. We provided phone support to help find a resolution and notified the customer of how to coordinate the warranty on July 1, 2022. The batteries were not purchased from our company, so the customer will need to contact the store those were purchased at.

      The warranty is through the manufacturer, ****** *****. Trail Sprayer & Service stands by its word, we are happy to send the customer's Hose Reel to ****** ***** (the manufacturer) for a warranty claim with a $350 deposit. Or they are welcome to contact ****** directly at ************. When filing a warranty claim through ******, as outlined in their warranty, they do require a new reel be purchased that will be fully reimbursed when the old reel is received and is determined to be covered in the warranty.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      We had to keep calling and it was not received when they stated it was well over a month after the purchase was made. They also did not send all parts to put it together. We had called numerous times with no response back even when it was stated that he would call in 1 hour and never did almost 2 weeks went by before we got any response and i had to call back and so did my husband. They can not trouble shoot anything over the phone as they had no information on the motor. How do you trouble shoot a motor with out having it in hand. They are extremely rude and fail at helping customers out. ****** sent an email after he called and stated they would charge us 350 dollars to get it warrantied when warranties are free. They have poor customer ********************** and dont care at all. we paid a lot of money to get this and for it to continuously hav issues and the motor having a short in it somewhere was causing the batteries to die with 1 short use. we have spent well over 600 dollars on new batteries because this is not working as it should.
