This ins agency has no interest in you or your insured. I have been with this agency for 14 years & have nothing but issues & waiting on them. It does not matter if we call to ask a question, get a rate quote, add insurance, etc...they always "have to call you back". The issue isn't that they have to call you back but that it takes days to get these answers. Knowing others in this business & working with other insurance companies, I can tell you it doesn't take days to quote a new vehicle or answer a question about a current policy. After some research I discovered that my agency employs CSR's.( customer service reps). They cannot legally quote rates or discuss policies. They are basically message takers. I am upset that I pay thousands of dollars a year for multiple policies, only to be treated like a second class citizen or made to feel like a burden when calling. (Terri P*****) The final straw came when my husband called to ask about insurance on a new vehicle only to have Terri become impatient ( she actually huffed on the phone) be told "we will call you back" ( 4 days later). She quoted us $10.17 more month for the new vehicle to having our auto insurance go up $49 month. Their explanation??? We billed you wrong initially so you need to pay extra money for the remainder of your policy to make up the difference!! This company is doing the bare minimum to conduct business. What they are doing is probably not illegal but it is wrong when it comes to customer service & morals. Please shop around. If you have to pay a little bit more to have insurance to ensure you don't get these people representing you, then do it. I promise it is money well spent!
