I hired Just Call Al to deliver a refrigerator I brought from **** **** on August 5,2023 to deliver to a clients house. I paid for the service. I had to call Al’s company back the next day as the refrigerator was too big for the space so I ask that it be delivered to my residence. The two gentlemen Al sent one being his son in law severely dented the refrigerator upon delivery at my home. When I refused to accept it, Al instructed them to leave the refrigerator they damaged on the street. I got on the phone and spoke with him to come to a resolution about the refrigerator which he in turned said it was late to let his guys go home and we’d work it out the next day. Didn’t happen. Then Al said that he would buy a similar one from **** **** and just switch out the door, didn’t happen instead he goes to the store and gets someone to give a statement as to whether the refrigerator was damaged and never showed photos. When I showed the same guy who sold it to me the photos he got upset said he never saw the photos and we called Al still no resolve. Todays the 25th I called Al no response and the store removed his ad from the window after listening to him disrespect me when I said just pay me the money I paid and end this. Al refused and yet has not resolved the issue of a brand new barely scratch item they destroyed. His son in law said he’d make sure they fixed it Al says the removed the handles and hardware without even looking at the refrigerator. I just want him to do what’s right and fix this. You could barely see the two small scratches on the side of the refrigerator I brought now the entire from is severely dented and he says this would be resolved by now. His guy that delivered said these things happen in return I said that’s what your business liability insurance is for. We’ll 20 days later the damaged refrigerator is still in my garage and he won’t answer. My advise to anyone is DONT JUST CALL AL HE Doesn’t CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS PROPERTY
