UPDATE: March 2023, BBB received return mail for 4718 Everhard Road NW, Canton, OH 44718, stating "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward.
Beginning in January 2023, BBB received complaints regarding skincare products and lotions received in packaging with return labels "from" PAWZ, 4718 Everhard Road NW, Canton, OH 44718. BBB confirmed with the post office that PAWZ, Inc had moved from this location. Consumers alleged receiving pop up ads while on the internet, receiving more product than was ordered and not being able to either get a refund or stop future shipments and charges. Paperwork shows the company shipping the items is Perfect 10 Skin LLC. It is unclear at this time how PAWZ is involved.

November 2019 Pawz, Inc. acquired the Pawz brand from Pawz, LLC. Pawz, Inc. is owned and managed by a new team, which has advised us they are committed to appropriately resolving all reasonable requests for refunds even if they are owed by Pawz, LLC. Prior to the Ownership change, Pawz, LLC had been the subject of complaints.
