I reached to for ***** to take engagement photos in May 2021, We agreed on a price and I even added a photobook for an additional $500, we agreed on a total of $1500.00. The first appointment it rained I canceled, the 2nd ***** canceled at the very last min, I was reaching out to him for hours prior. The third I had to change my venue for pictures because the other was full and we were a month later at that point and I needed to get the save the dates out. We met I gave him $750 in cash, he was with us for 1 hour. I requested a specific pose as did my fiancé'. We were told we would have the pictures at the end of the week. 3 weeks later still no pictures, after continuously asking I finally get them, they were not professionally edited, we did not have the pose ******* requested. It took another week or so to get that pose; at that point I reached out to ***** about being unhappy that the photos were not edited and requested he keep $250 for his time and unedited photos and please refund the $500. I have not heard back at all from him, I have sent messages, ***** request still nothing. At this point I want the full $750 back, $306.36 for the Save the dates that we are not happy with because of the unedited photos, but had to use because we were a month later getting them out due to him canceling on us. I have attached our messages and our receipt for the Save the dates
