They are slumlords. We rented a house from them that had never been inspected,we had mice, no heat for several months, Mike lied on several occasions and Don the manager lies as well.They do not return phone calls, any repairs needed they claim they need to speak to the owner and never gets back to you. The rent is extremely high, the house was dirty and full of dust when we moved in, 1st night there it rained and the basement got flooded. I lost property due to their neglect of the property. Our rent was put into Escrow in Jan 24, they sent a letter, we advised that funds are in Escrow, come Feb they send a 3 day notice.long story short, we moved and filed for Escrow funds to be released to us unfortunately the magistrate didn't rule in our favor because we "VACATED" the property. , but they requested we move via 3 day notice, even though they didn't complete the items list and Harassed us about moving. I believe it's a racial thing here in stark county. I do not recommend renting from them. From searches they are located in MI, CA, IL and have the same BAD reputation. They are an AWFUL COMPANY.

This company is very unprofessional, lazy, dishonest and greedy. I put my rent in escrow from August to January and they only won because I didn’t have proof that they gave me permission to pay my rent late so I turned the money into escrow that month passed when my rent was technically due and the courts found a way to not tell me that specific “law” even though the other requirements are laws as well but still took my money for months and said I didn’t properly escrow my rent ????????? They felt like they truly won so they were rude about everything after that and of course dealing with a dirty company filled with dirty employees you shouldn’t expect your deposit back but at least they didn’t lie and said we owe anything else so I’ll take it as a win. The maintenance just comes by to waste time and chat and blame the owner for not approving things to get done but even when things are approved NOTHING is done… hence the escrow account. The young lady they have working as a receptionist lies and covers up for them as well and the heavyset short lady with red and blonde hair and rotten teeth is very rude and unprofessional then plays victim when she found the wrong one. ?? I wouldn’t refer this company to a homeless person. They will lie, steal, neglect and are just horrible people. Listen to all of these bad reviews unless you don’t care and want to take a chance then go for it ??????? because I didn’t even originally lease through them. After my lease started month to month my original leasing company switched our lease to them and if I knew what I know now I would’ve ran! Have the life you deserve and GOOD RIDDANCE ?????
