I have no idea how this company hasn't had a lawsuit yet. Or maybe I'm unaware of one. Long story short, I purchased a property from them. Shortly after moving in we had a lot of issues with electrical after having issues with our HVAC. Come to find out they never pulled any permits for any work they did on the home. New plumbing, no permit, new electrical ran, no permit, new HVAC, no permit. The company they used were required to come out to redo their work because it wasn't right when we contacted the city. They don't pull permits because they do poor work! We ended up getting new electrical ran out of their pocket because we had them dead to rights. Their project manager who couldn't stop talking and more or less told on himself. Not to mention the wiring was all dated. Fast forward to today. I'm at a home and begin to recognize the paint color. Then the floor, then the kitchen cabinets, the backsplash, the tile in the bathroom. I look at the tub, ahhh yes, the classic scratch and dent tubs with the poor paint over the scratched areas. I know exactly who flipped this home. I start to look around. And wouldn't you know, I put an outlet tester in the basement and the light starts to flicker. Touch it more and light flickers and goes out, comes back on. Look around more, spliced wires that are just taped, spliced wires that have just wire nuts. Nothing contained in a junction box as it should. Hopped up on a chair and was able to look above a section of finished ceiling in the basement. Visible splice deep over the finished wall. They are a liability. They make the finishes look "good", but they need start caring about more than just the bottom dollar. I'd never recommend anyone purchase a house flipped by this company.
