Outstanding customer service... We are extremely pleased with Architectural Exteriors LLC, and highly recommend them. Recent storm damage had left us in need of roof and gutter repairs. Brian came out and personally inspected the damage and took time going through with us our repair/replacement options. Because Brian has extensive experience working with insurance companies, he determined right a way that because of the age of our roof matching the shingles would not be possible. During demolition it was discovered that our roof sheathing was both dry rotted and not code compliant in it's thickness. Brian and his crew never missed a beat and they installed new roof sheathing on our entire house. Brian and his crew showed up when they said they would, they were professional and really showed that they care about providing quality workmanship. Architectural Exteriors LLC exceeded our expectations and I will not hesitate to call them back if and when we need more work done.

I had made a claim on my roof from a major storm. The original adjuster from my insurance came out and the insurance company only provided a patch repair of $700.00. I figured this couldn’t be correct. So, I called ***** who was a referral from another customer. He came out the next day to re-inspect the roof. He felt that the original estimate was incorrect and went to bat for me with the insurance company. *****’s extensive knowledge of roofing provided my insurance company with the additional information they needed to make an informed decision, this resulted in my insurance company agreeing to pay for a new roof. *****’s team was scheduled in a timely fashion – only took a week. They arrived as scheduled, were professional, worked hard all day and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was done correctly. Anything attached to the roof was cleaned and painted as well as ice guard on the garage and added a cricket to the chimney. As the guys worked, they sweep for nails and pick up debris throughout the process and took pictures as the work progressed. After finishing the foreman came thru and checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. He also made a thorough sweep of the property for debris and nails. All in all, they went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof or siding. This company stands behind their work!

We called and spoke with ***** about our roof needing repairs, and he came out to inspect it. It was missing a bunch of shingles from a storm. He was very thorough, professional, very honest and upfront with everything, including the cost. After his quote we hired him and his team to fix our roof. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up better than it was when they arrived! *** also cleaned our gutters/downspouts, installed gutter guards and hung a couple new lights for us outside, and we couldnt be more happy with the results! We highly recommend them for all of your home and roofing needs! We will be using and recommending Architectural Exteriors in the future! ***** and his guys came out and did a great job on siding, roof repairs, did some sealing where needed. Also recommended a great gutter guy.

They came out, did a thorough inspection, provided a fair and accurate estimate, and gave very detailed descriptions and pictures (before and after) of the problem and repairs. They showed great attention to detail, matched shingles exactly, and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. They noted an additional issue and were also able to fix that after showing pics, explaining, and keeping me up to speed on progress. Great company!

Brian and Jim were very efficient and thorough in completing our roof and siding repairs. They were flexible in scheduling to meet our needs and reasonably priced. Our repairs look wonderful and we plan on using Architectural Exteriors for our next project.
