I joined Weight No More on the evening of April 18, 2022. In working with Vicky during my enrollment, I told her that I have food allergies and sensitivities and included the information in the paper that I filled out telling about myself. I am not able to consume gluten, soy, nuts, milk among other things. She recommended a pea protein for the protein shakes that they sell. I told her that it would be iffy and I would have to see how I do with it as I react to a lot of things. I paid $950 which included: buy 3 months, gets 2 months free, 6 months maintenance period free. This also included protein shakes for around 7 days she stated. The morning of April 19th I started the protein shake and it made me sick. I had a sensitivity to the pea protein. After one shake, I had severe stomach issues and nausea. I went that very morning around 9:00 am with a handwritten letter stating that I wanted to end my contract. It stated on the contract that the Consumer Rights gave you three business days to terminate the contract and receive a refund. I also returned the folder that I received and removed myself off the Facebook page that I received with enrollment. I was told that I would receive a check within thirty days. It has been over thirty days and I have not received a refund. I tried calling six times (no answer) and was able to have the following correspondences: 5/20 text Loriann (owner) asking when I could expect a refund. She responded, let me check. I told her I have tried calling and the phone just rings. She said they have two girls out with covid. I did not hear back after that. 5/23 called and left a message on answering machine. No response 5/23 text again asking when I could expect a refund. She said let me get back to my accountant. She has been out with COVID. The accountant would be in on Wednesday. There has been no response since 5/23/2022. I would like my refund.
