Date: 7/9/2023 Amount Paid: $45 Service to review AC unit and send information to home warranty company. Disputing charge due to failure to render full service as proper pictures were not taken nor sent to the home warranty company. The business has not tried to resolve the problem and never answered calls/texts. Claim number 738718Business response

Called business and spoke to Scott A**** who said he had sent the pictures to the warranty company.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: He never sent the pictures. If he did would have been after a month and after receiving the complaint. He did not take pictures of the evaporator coil as I was with him when he saw the unit, and he never removed the panel to see the coil. So if he did send pictures, he still would have been missing necessary pictures.
