      I requested a repair of my ceiling light that wouldn’t turn on, an outlet that wasn’t working, and an outside light that wasn’t working as well. Scott fixed one outlet. Great. Couldn’t be bothered to test the ceiling light and quoted a replacement. Come to find out, if he would have been an electrician and tested it, there was no power to the wires. So what good would a new light have done with no working wires. Also couldn’t be bothered to test the outside lamp. So for $125, I had an outlet replaced. Total scam. In the end, had to pay a second company to come out to fish and run new wiring, new drywall, new ceiling light. People are lazy and take advantage. This is one of those companies!!

      I am extremely frustrated with this whole experience. This was the service vendor sent out to service my refrigerator/freezer. He made the appointment between 8-2 and showed about 3pm. In 5 mins. determined that we had a leak and it needed to be replaced. I have an 86 YO Mother that lives with me and we have not had a fridge. This nightmare began on 8-28 and has not been resolved yet. My warranty company is giving me the run around saying that it cannot be resolved until they receive a diagnosis from Mr. S**** the service vendor. He does not respond to phone calls, text or email, yet he request that you text him only. I have never experienced such poor unprofessional and insensitive service in my life. Shame on him and my warranty company AHS for referring such horrible vendors which are also a reflection of them to their consumers. If I could leave the stars BLANK I would!!!!

      Like everyone else, this company will not respond to you. I tried repeatedly to call and text, without ever getting a response. Avoid this company. They should be out of business.

      Would rate them no stars if possible. Was scheduled through ******** **** ****** to repair my son's refrigerator. After 48 hours did not contact me to schedule an appointment. Voicemail is full, left two text messages and sent an email requesting appointment, no response. ******** **** ****** contacted him directly he said he would call me to schedule an appointment, no contact. Informed him that my son is disabled, his food was spoiling and he could not buy food to replace it since the refrigerator or freezer was not working. Didn't seem to make a difference. I have informed AHS about his non-response and the poor ratings he has. He should not be a contractor for them or anyone else. Shameful.

      Don’t trust this company! Got a text from “Scott” saying he was on his way to complete the service request, and his eta. Never showed. When called multiple times, never answered. Tried to leave message, mailbox was full. Texted, no response from that either. Terrible customer service and then lied about showing up but no on being home. When I took off work to be here all morning and find accommodations for my dog to be off site.

      Is 0 stars an option? Assigned through *** home warranty. Took over a week to get in touch to get an appointment. Came and looked at dryer, but did not fill out anything or order any parts. Does not respond to phone calls or texts even from the warranty company, completely ghosted us, had to beg for a refund from the home warranty company and thus we are still 2+ months without a washer or dryer.

      Does not respond and will not follow through. It has cost my 80 yr old mother to be 2 months without a dryer. It’s sad.

      Filed a report to my *** and Rands hasn't returned any of my calls. can't leave a message for the mailbox is full. Have been trying to get *** to send another repairman for my fridge,but they seem like they don't understand me. I will keep calling *** till I get some kind of results.

      My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rands Mechanical. Our heater died and needed to be completely replaced as well as the heat pump. Weather was not our friend but the crew came out and even worked outside in the snow to make sure we had heat. Thank you for all your help!

      Horrible service. I have called him several times and texted him and he does not respond. He has not contacted my warranty company to let them know my microwave is unrepairable. I would not recommend you use his services.
