      Tripple 0 stars. Horrible experience with this company . Do not work with this company. My basement was flooded and we called dry patrol . The manager spoke all trash that the company will take care of everything talking to insurance company ,settling the claim and even he said based on the insurance payment they can adjust their payment invoice. They did max of 30 mins water sucking process and then left 3 dryers to let the basement dry on its own . The water was every where ,no proper cleaning and too much talking about the company how it will help customer etc., we signed the paper based on his assurance . But final bill came huge , initially they offered to reduce the amount but later they said no for some reason and we had to pay huge bill for nothing . Do not trust this company and its employees. They scared me that if we do not pay right away , they are going to report to collections. Andrea and her manager both did not help instead she talked to me very rude. Never ever we are going to recommend this company. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

      Double 0 stars. We have an insurance claim after a frozen pipe burst in our basement (they don't handle plumbing so we took care of the pipe) on Dec 26th. It took 3 weeks of dehumidifiers and fans (industrial) running on my electric bill to dry out the basement (because they didn't originally check to see if the flooring was wet and it was). The tear down looks as if a bomb hit my 2 yr old house. Still have a wall up that is bowed out and water marked. Ceiling isn't cut straight and wood was left leaning against my foundation and I have no idea where it came from. I have no walls or insulation a month later and when we asked if the estimator for rebuild to come out an hour later than was scheduled they said no they were too busy. I don't want this company to fix this, I absolutely don't trust them.

      I could have not be happier with the results of my experience with this company. They were quick to respond, explained every process before it happened and everyone was friendly, polite and courteous.

      There should be an option to use Zero stars for this business! I have an insurance claim and they were unfortunately recommended by my ins agent so I trusted them! They were to replace my roof, fix and repair 3 gates that were damaged and fix an aluminum awning over my deck. It took them 4 months to even get anyone to come out to fix the roof. They did it the Friday before Memorial Day weekend so when we had heavy rain that weekend and it started leaking in my master bath there was no-one to come and fix it until the Tues after the holiday. The 3 gates that they were supposed to fix only one was completed correctly. The new wood they replaced on two of the gates started to fall come off within days. They were supposed to replace the latch on one of the gates per the estimate and instead of replacing it, they removed it and painted it and put it back on. The other gate was supposed to be repaired and reset. They put the gate back on and did not reset it so it sits crooked on the hinges and does not open/close properly. My project manager, Brian keeps using the same excuses that my fencing is old and that's the best they can do. He has given nothing but excuses as to why they can't fix things correctly and continue to blame me. Brian is rude, condescending and clearly does not know how to read an insurance estimate. There were items that were on the estimate to be repaired and he tried to keep telling me it wasn't on the estimate. I had to walk him thru the estimate pointing out the specific items by line number. My aluminum awning had a side panel that was pulled loose. They were to re-secure it by putting screws in the top of the awning. The two kids they sent out to fix it did not use a ladder (Brian giving an excuse that they couldn't lay a ladder on it) but stood on my deck railing and tried to screw it back in from underneath the awning. In doing this they put 3 holes in the awning and pulled it further off of the awning. It has not been secured properly and now they have damaged it further. Brian has threatened to put a lean on my home because I will not release the ins payment to them as the work still has not been properly completed per the estimate nor to my satisfaction. I called the company on 08/13/21 and asked to speak with the owner of the company to which Dana took my info and said that the owner Darron would call me on Monday as he was ooo that day. The owner still has yet to call me and I got a call from a Dave (operations manager) stating the owner would not be calling me and that I could talk to him. Brian also texted me on 08/19/21 to let me know the owner would not call me and that I needed to go thru him or Dave. Brian at that time tried to tell me that all of the work has been completed and that I had not made anything known to him that was wrong and I need to pay them (despite numerous calls and texts to him). I advised him it has not been done to the estimate or my satisfaction and that's when he told me he was putting a lean on my home. Stay FAR AWAY from this company! I regret using this company and not checking their reviews on BBB first. Had I had seen the previous reviews I would have NEVER used them!
