    I paid for a 2017 *** ****** ****** from Huebner Subaru via ACH Transaction for $14,500.00 not including tax. I paid an extra $750 on top of that to have this vehicle delivered to my home located at *** ****** ******* I dealt with a sales person name Nick the whole time before this vehicle was delivered. He told me I was getting a great deal and that the vehicle would be fully inspected before being shipped to me. The day of delivery, i was not at my home, i was in Boston, so my dad had to sign for my ******* But the very next day, I drove the truck and heard noises and realized that the brakes were making noises and the rotors were grinding. I immediately called Huebner but Nick was not available so I left a message and then I emailed him. A few days later, the check engine light came on. I hooked up my OBD scanner to see what it was. That’s when I realized that I the thermostat was bad. I immediately emailed Nick the sales representative and told him about all of the problems. I explained to him that I didn’t feel that I should be responsible for these repairs. I just had got the vehicle delivered and immediately had the problems. The codes had to have been cleared with a scanner before being delivered to my home. He told me to bring it to a ***** or *** dealership and that they would take care of me. I immediately scheduled an appointment at the closest ***** dealership and then followed up with them. I was there for 5.5 hours. They gave me a Diagnosis test on my vehicle. It turned out that I was right. The Front and Rear Brake Pads and Rotors needed to be replaced. The Thermostat needed to be replaced… slight play in right rear tow link and wheel alightment. Huebner agreed to pay for the repairs but when they found out it was going to cost over $2000.00, they changed their minds and said no. I want every last cent that I paid this dealership which is $15,535.00
