On October 16, 2021 , I went to Westwood Carwash in Celina, Ohio. Staff directed me into carwash to position my van on the carwash track. As my van was getting washed, my dashboard was indicating that the front driver side tire pressure was dropping fast. When I exited the carwash the dashboard indicated that the front driver side tire's pressure was zero. I asked staff who was outside towel drying vehicles if my tire was flat. Staff said yes and if I felt this was due to the carwash I needed to file an accident report in the office. I went into the office and staff had me file a customer experience report. Then I called AAA and they sent a tow truck driver. The tow truck driver showed me that the tire valve stem, which is also the tire pressure sensor, was still on the tire, but sheered off, which caused all the air to leak out of the tire. He removed the flat tire, mounted the spare tire, and I drove the van to my local car repair shop. On October 18, the mechanic replaced the tire pressure sensor. My invoice is for $103.51, which includes parts, labor, and tax. I believe the tire pressure sensor was sheered/cut as it moved along the track inside the carwash. Week of October 24 I received a phone call from Westwood Carwash's staff. I believe the person's name was *****. She stated they do not pay for flat tires and offered me a few free carwashes. I told her I didn't want free carwashes because I would not do business there again and I wanted reimbursed for my invoice. She said she would have to talk to the owner and contact me week of October 31. On November 5, I received a letter in the mail from Westwood Carwash indicating my "...claim has been denied." I immediately called ************, which was on the letter. Left a message stating I wanted to talk to someone about this letter and they had until 12 noon November 8 or I was contacting BBB. No one called.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2021/12/21) */ Company looked at camera footage and did not see any indication or evidence that the issue with your tire happened while getting the car wash. Therefore they will not be offering a refund. Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2021/12/21) */ 12/21/2021 at 9:34 am. Business stated the consumer had a flat on the driver's front tire. When speaking with the employees she wasn't sure if it happened in a parking lot or if it was from the car wash. The claims department evaluated everything. Camera footage didn't show anything and the claim was denied. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2021/12/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The picture I took shows the tire valve stem, which is also the tire pressure sensor, is sheered. Company needs to zoom in on picture they have a they will see that.
