              I would like to file a complaint with bbb against New Day Dental. My last dental appointment was in February, then I was given a September appointment, which they’ve canceled and changed to October now it’s changed to November. Every time I go to this dentist My appointment are spaced out from 8 months sometimes a year before I’m seen. I’ve talked to a manager my second visit and she gave me a sooner appointment. This time I can’t get in contact with anyone. Also, I keep having the same dentist that is very rude and adamant that she doesn’t want to clean my teeth every time I go to that office. Who cares! Keep it to yourself. And, I seriously believe that she’s the reason why my appointments keep getting cancelled and pushed further away. You guys are receiving Medicaid government funding, if you have a problem with Medicaid recipients, then drop Medicaid! I will also be calling Medicaid to find out what other steps I can take because I’m definitely being discriminated against!

              I called the office on last week to try to reach higher up at new day dental, I talked to a manager her name was Megan, That dental is always calling counseling people appointments after they have had them scheduled for a while me and my daughter have went through this a while with them, We had appointments for early this year they called us and said they couldn’t see us because they have no one too clean our teeth, Megan had a letter sent out to me this week because I ask for higher up to call me about that office saying I missed to menny appointment so they our dismissing me, All lies never just miss no appointments with new day dental ever with out calling to reschedule,
