I called the office on last week to try to reach higher up at new day dental, I talked to a manager her name was Megan, That dental is always calling counseling people appointments after they have had them scheduled for a while me and my daughter have went through this a while with them, We had appointments for early this year they called us and said they couldn’t see us because they have no one too clean our teeth, Megan had a letter sent out to me this week because I ask for higher up to call me about that office saying I missed to menny appointment so they our dismissing me, All lies never just miss no appointments with new day dental ever with out calling to reschedule,

Highly do not recommend this dentist office they will reschedule or cancel your visit day or two of visit due to dentist going on vacation or something in that nature they have done this not just once but on multiple occasions then when I called to ask about it lady on phone was super rude laughing and pushing me away as you can find another dentist if you would like hahaha goodbye super rude highly recommend choosing another dentist office

They used to be a great dentist office past 6 months they make u wait a month then call u day before and say sorry we have rescheduled denist decided to go on vacation then wanna have you wait in area for 30 minutes but being 4 minutes late they can’t do fillings over being 4 minutes late it’s like they wanna keep running up a check with insurance by finding reasons to reschedule constantly

I have had an appointment for more than a year now scheduled out in advance for a simple cleaning and checkup. Literally this appointment was made a year ago. My appointment is next week and I am JUST now getting a text that my appointment had to be cancelled due to some sort of staff changes and not only that but it can not be rescheduled. This is outrageous and the worse thing a business can do to a patient. You wouldn't think to maybe have told me this a little sooner when I asked for the soonest appointment a year ago? Waiting a year and now having to find a new dentist. And telling people that it is due to staffing changes is nothing but a lie. The truth is that you cancelled on me the last time as well stating the same thing a few years ago. Apparently, you have an issue with those being on Caresource or this type of insurance. If this is not some sort of discrimination against a current patient who has been there several years now then I don't know what else it can be. You obviously let me reschedule this again and again only to cancel on me. OUTRAGEOUS. I will be reporting your practice there to the Dental Board. It is disgusting to treat people this way especially just because they don't have private insurance. It would be different is I WAS NOT ALREADY A PATIENT TO BEGIN WITH! For the record, I was down on my luck for a while, and I am currently back on track and will not be on caresource forever. I just graduated with a Bachelor's degree in physics and a Master's Degree in Math. You people are SHAMELESS! Jeremy A*****
