We purchased a new above ground pool in early march from Final Touch decks & pools and paid up front for it. We was told we were the 7th in line to have are pool installed. we have never heard back from Jason the owner. We have called and left messages to call us back and he has not. We ran into one of the crews that work for him and they told us they already have done many pools this year already . We was hoping to have it in place early Now we did not have it for two Graduation parties and a Birthday party for the Grandkids plus the warm day already this year. I tried going to the business twice now when they open at 10 am and no one is ever there. I would like to get a commitment from the company when they plan to install the pool because of upcoming events at our house and vacation schedules. Please let me know if you can help. We have them schelduled for the 1st and will taken care of with all the bad weather , and now that nice out just been a little crazy with schedule but the are aet up for the 1st of july and will.have done that day !! Thank you !!!
