      Today is Feb 22, 2023. Ordered part on December 4th, 2022. Never received it. Inquired on February 5, 2023, and got a reply from **** *. from sales saying "Not sure how this got missed, im sorry, we will ship it today." Nothing received. Inquired two days ago and yesterday, and informed them that I would require a reply immediately, or I would let my whole powersports community know they are scammers.

      Purchased a part September 1st 2022. After reaching out for a tracking number or refund, seller company (Torx Racing) quit responding. After requesting a refund from **** at [email protected], he has refused to respond on October 11th, the 21st and the 25th.

      I used the business' website: torxracing.com to purchase a new ECU for my Sea Doo jet ski. I made this purchase of $732.48 on July 4, 2022 with a 2-day shipping addon. After 4 business days had passes, there wasn't an update to my order. I emailed customer service to get an update and I received a call from the owner. He explained that I would need to ship my ECU to them so that the new ECU would work with my existing keys. I shipped my ECU on July 8, 2022 and it was delivered July 12, 2022. I waited a few more days and called again to inquire about the order status. This time I got the run around about how the office had no power and he couldn't check to see if my ECU had arrived. I did some searching on the business address and location. This is NOT a real business as far as I can tell. I believe the owner steals expensive parts from unsuspecting customers.

      On 10/18/2021 I called Torx Racing to see if they had a Seadoo ECU, they said they had one and I could HOLD IT with a credit card. I was told that the credit card would not be charged until I confirmed I needed the part. I no longer need the part from Torx Racing. On 10/18/201. same day I made the call, my credit card was charged $815.05. I DID NOT received a Seadoo ECU from Torx Racing. I have been call every Friday since 11/26/2021. Every time I call they tell that the $815.05 has been credited back to mu credit card. As of 2/28/2022 I have NOT received my credit for $815.05.

      I placed an order for repair or replacement of my Seadoo ECU Unit on August 30, 2021, order 2457, shown below. On that same day, I shipped the unit to you (a picture of which is attached). Please notice the mark I placed on it prior to shipping, to the left of "Siemens VDO". The shipment was made using USPS Priority Mail, Tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. The post office shows that it was delivered to you on September 1, 2021. After about 5 or six weeks I began calling to determine the status of my order. Each time I called I was told by your customer service representative that they would get back to me by the following day. They never got back to me. This happened about three times. After pressing the matter on the next call, your rep told me that you had a record of receiving my package, but were unable to locate it, and would get back to me. Again, no one ever got back to me. On what was perhaps the fifth call, I was told that a replacement unit was being shipped to me, and that I should install it on my Seadoo and see if it worked, and if it did not, I would be provided a cable to assist with the programming. I never receive a package from you. At this point, on October 29 I called my credit card company and asked that they enter a dispute for the charge. At this point, I would like for you to locate my ECU and return it to me, and will go elsewhere for the repair. If you are unable to locate it, I would like some other reasonable accommodation. I need to get my Seadoo working again. I do not particularly wish to engage in posting bad reviews all over the internet if this issue can be resolved some other way.
