They painted the entire interior of our house and did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner and on schedule. The lead painter, Oscar, did a good job staying in touch with us and addressing any issues that came up. I feel we got a quality job at a fair price,CertaPro of Chagrin Falls Response

Good prices do not equate quality work! Chagrin Falls CertaPro painted the exterior of our home. From the very beginning communication was extremely poor, (the crew and management as well). Phone calls were not returned from our production manager, we had to keep calling and texting. We had a non- English speaking crew, which was extremely difficult (even while I used Google Translate). The biggest issue was lack of quality control. You have to be willing to manage the job continuously, which is not what we expected. Even after stating our disappointment in the workmanship, no one even bothered to come look at the job and our issues. The crew had damaged window sills that we had to hire a contractor to repair, and while CertaPro did reimburse us, overall, I don’t feel this was a quality painting company I could recommend to anyone. **** * ******Review from Dewey F

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with our paint job. It was precision painting, painting like an artist. All said, everything was perfect. Beautifully done! I am so happy with my painters, Mike and Steve! They were extremely professional, and they were always concerned with making sure everything was done right. They were very neat and cleaned up when they were done. Some of the nicest people we have met. Everyone we made contact with from the first call to completion were exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Please feel confident in contracting with Certapro of CHAGRIN FALLS! Exceptional job. Thank you so much! I am most grateful and HAPPY! Our lead painter, Sean ******* is a consummate professional and excellent painter. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the house by hearing all of our thoughts up front and making them a practical reality. His detail work is peerless, we've received nothing but complements on the work he and his crew did on our home. It was a pleasure interacting with Sean in particular, few professionals are so respectful of both people and place.Review from John Mark H

CertaPro has done a very good job with the exterior paint job on our home. Multiple people have commented favorably on the color and look of the house as they have walked by. And after noticing some bubbling of the paint on the front exterior, CertaPro sent a small crew out to fix the finish on the front of the house, both primary color and trim. I am very satisfied with the result and would recommend CertaPro to anyone thinking of refreshing the exterior look of their home.CertaPro of Chagrin Falls Response
